Version Notes:

The new version allows you to quickly convert your times and see how they compare at different similar distances. Field events conversions between english and metric distances were also added. The decision was made to keep the core function of this calculator in tact and not to add things like pace breakdowns (mile pace) or other predictions of what time that would be at a longer, non-similar distance. The reason for this is that at this time at least this is not intended to be a pace calculator and definitely not a prediction machine. It is simply mathamatically converting similiar distances--converting less similar distances really puts a lot more room for error and doesn't take into account fatigue.

Conversion of other distance events including: 6000m, 8000m, 10000m, 4 miles, 5 miles, 6 miles.

How to use calculator:

Type in the time or mark in the blank above, select the event or function from the drop down menu, and click convert.

English distances for field events should always be expressed as feet dash inches. For example: 155-6.5 would be 155 feet and 6.5 inches.
